November’s
monthly meeting will be held on the 12th of November and will feature
speaker George Farragher, CPA, CFE, CFF, ACFE Regent. The topic will be the Direction of
Government Anti-Fraud Efforts and How to Handle Them. Meeting will be at 11:45 am at Tambellini’s

October 2008 Information
IIA/ACFE
will jointly co-host a Fraud Seminar on Friday, October 17 at the Rivers
Club, Downtown. The program will begin
at 12 noon and will feature three speakers:
Michael Hanley, CFE, District Manager, Bureau of ATFE, Financial
Investigative Services Division, Pittsburgh; James Fellin, CPA, CFE, Managing
Partner of the Nottingham Group; and Diane Matthews, PhD, CPA, CFE, Associate

International Association of Special Investigation Units (IASIU) Greater
Pittsburgh Chapter will be having a Golf Outing on Friday, September 19th
